We hear a lot about the Ascension Symptoms and with so much information online it all can be very confusing. we have a four body system of frequency and energy including chakras. It can be a minefield of questions and misunderstandings relating to ourselves and how it all fits in with your journey.

A session can include meditations or channeled message and information on how to build your energy with simple technique's suited to you.

Alchemy refers to changing habits of negativity patterns into positivity and going with your flow that is only unique to you in and direction for flowing into simple terms we can all understand using healing techniques that give a greater understanding and acceptance of change that works for you.
